The Kite Runner by, Khaled Hosseini.  Grabbed this book largely because it was amongst the #1 New York Times Bestseller list.  Hey, generally you can’t go wrong with their recommendations, right?   Mr. Hosseini story is fairly graphic and expertly painted that you imagine with ease the characters and environment taking place in Afghanistan.   To be continued…

Twilight Series by, Stephenie Meyer.  One I’m kinda embarrassed to admit to.  Oh well, it’s great fun to read about these characters who are really outlandish.  I found myself flipping the pages quickly (not as quickly as HP series) and was disappointed when it came to an end.  My write up is pretty lame and simple, but so is the story.
